It is perfect.

Shakespeare comes to mind........."Much ado about nothing". You can still hear the motor across the patio, very similar noise level as the old motor. If someone wanted to take the chance, I don't, you could probably loosen the tie down bolts and decompress the rubber so it will absorb more vibration.

it works very good nothing to do but bolt it down

The vibration pads worked as advertised, the fit was correct for the pumps I purchased.
