Had to drill out holes because they did not line up. Did not come with the o ring.

Solved my problem, but not an exact fit...

Overall I'm pleased with this product, but note that it wasn't an exact fit for the pump that I had a problem with. My pump was older - 1998 - but it had the part number 311-2140 on it. The faceplate fit, but the screw holes didn't line up exactly. I ended up drilling out the holes a little bit and made it work. I don't think that the exact fit faceplate exists out there anywhere and this was $30 cheaper than replacing the full wet-side of the pump.
