I cannot find stems for my jets, neither could a local store. I read the reviews for this part, it never occurred to me you could alter it. I decided to give it a try since a lot of my jets need replacing and would cost a fortune. I bought 10. The parts arrived in 4 days. I had to trim the tabs so they were flush with the top with a coping saw and file. I used a dremel to enlarge the tab holes on the sides to fit my jet face tabs. The first 5 I worked on last night worked great. Once I figured out the necessary adjustments, it did not take long to do the rest. Now I know this really works, I will be ordering more as soon as I have others to replace. I am so happy to have found this site, and glad I read the reviews. Also thanks to everyone who offered advice on how to make these work since what I need no longer exists.

After trying to make these fit I came back here to read the other reviews. Glad to hear that so many others needed to also trim the ears (they are too long) so this is what I'll have to do. I wish I didn't have to do this and would rather buy an alternative product, but am not sure one really exists. But overall I can't really complain about the product as-is and the company and delivery all worked out OK.

Had to trim some of the material off the diffuses to make them work.

Part was a good repair option without having to replace the entire jet. Fast shipping. Good package tracking and status. Very happy with Hot Tub Warehouse.

Received items quickly. Good price. Just had to shave them down a little bit and then they fit fine.

I ordered these diffuser for my jacuzzi hot tub. Did not fit. Contacted customer service and they were great about sending them back.

This is a very good well-made product. It is different from the original I needed to trim off the top tabs so they would fit properly in my situation. I simply used a small drunme but you could use an X-Acto knife or something similar
I ordered 9 and only received 6 Not really a big deal. But I will nes 3 more
I gave this 5 stars based on the product. Anybody can mage a counting mistake.
My advice would be if you need one or two the others will shortly fail so order one for each jet.
This company offered fast free shipping and very good pricing.
All in all a good transaction (I only wish the person pulling the order did not mistake a 6 for a 9.) But I see how that can happen. You can order knowing you are getting the correct product and the price is about the best you will find.

Ps. They are a little tight at first but on the second day in the tub they adjust fine.

The parts looked good but the snap on ears didn't quite fit the tabs on my nozzle and stick out a little. The nozzles now do not turn freely and I will have to pull them all out again and grind the tabs for clearance.
