SpaGuard Soft Soak Filter Cleaner

SoftSoak Filter Cleaner promotes better filtration and improves water circulation by removing body oils from all types of hot tub filters. This lengthens filter cycles and reduces chemical maintenance costs.

Clogged filters can seriously reduce water flow through the filter resulting in hazy or cloudy water. SoftSoak Filter Cleaner is the only filter cleaner specially formulated to remove dirt, oils, dead algae and other filter clogging deposits from filters on biguanide treated hot tubs. Its use also helps to extend the life of your filters media.

Soft Soak Filter Cleaner Features:
  • Biguanide sanitizing system filter cleaner and degreaser
  • Removes oils, grease, dirt and other debris from the filter
  • Improves water clarity by improving filter performance
  • Increases water circulation by improving water flow through the filter

Size:

  • 32 Ounces

Sof Soak filter cleaner

It smells horrible!!! I mean awful! Also, the instructions say to use 16 ounces per cleaning, well, the bottle is 32 ounces. So I only get two cleanings out of it? I have yet to place the filters back into the spa as I like to let them dry between cleanings. But I am fearful that it will make my spa stink like the cleaner as well since they still retain the smell. Going to put them in before it is time to drain the tub though so if they do smell up the water, I will be draining it anyways. Hope I have not ruined two expensive filters.
I plan on going back to the filter cleaning tablets I used before.
