Super fast shipping and a quality cover lift arm for my hot tub.

After more than a decade the pivot arm on my freestyle cracked. Initially I thought "Hey, I can always just..." but then saw two more cracks that made any thought of DIY bracing go out of my mind. I had no idea they were even making this model, so I was pleasantly surprised to find I could save several hundred bucks using this part and fixing it myself. I didn't even have to remove the lid; the only glitch was one of the ball studs wouldn't unscrew, but my local auto parts store had what turned out to be a fairly standard part (and that is SO not on the Hot Tub Warehouse or Covermate; that's just a seized bolt thang). I was able to re-use everything up to and including the screw caps, so what's not to love?
And the part got here FAST. Nice job!

This is the second replacement. The cross members that supports the length have failed at the welds of all 3 cross supports. My spa cover is 81” diameter. Will consider something else for the future

The cross-piece on the pivot arm on my Sundance Spa broke and this replacement worked perfectly. It looks good & I have had no problems with it.
