Mounted up perfect, had to fool around with torque values but worked GREAT !!

Working well. Needed a threaded hole in pump cover, but it wasn't there. After drilling a hole and threading it I was able to install. Tried to ask a few questions through online chat but never received a response. Took a chance and it worked out. Response to questions would've gotten to five stars.

Was restoring a 2001 Dynasty d3000 tub. Needed replacement wet ends and after researching this seemed like the proper replacement. Just installed. Running beautifully. Perfect fit and perfect replacement for the 2 original XP MOTORS. Shipping to me took about 4 days. Ordered on Sunday received Friday.

I just want anyone who reads this to feel more confident by this statement. I originally purchased replacement jets for my dynasty spa 2006 model and was very pleased with the site and service , also very prompt delivery. I installed my new jets and anxious to fire up the old tub in the hopes of restoring power close to new. It came on with increased flo but not factory. About 2 mins on and the pump seal blew and the motor stopped. Realizing that it was older it made sense. We'll my wet end was discontinued and has a unique two speed motor. Withou fail I found exactly what I needed and ordered it . My spa is absolutely cured and like I remembered it new! Thanks to hottubwharehouse and their superior site, service, and products. Two thumbs up ! ! ! I will always refer anyone to the the best in the business.
