I actually ordered e2550-020xet and got e2550-0202et. I saw the difference on email but assumed it was a type-o. The only difference was the hold down bolts and flow sensor screw in were opposite so I just drilled a hole in the holding case and had the flow sensor hold the heater in place. It heats just fine. Thank you.

Amazing product got here quickly and great price

I purchased this same heater for my old Leisure Bay spa 2 years ago in October. The heater failed again just a bit over 2 years, one of the coil connections rusted through inside. I ordered this as a replacement...I had no issues with the heater until it failed, it was easy to install and worked just as well as the original. Do be aware these are SLOW heaters...2-3 degrees per hour, can't keep up with the spa being open to the elements for extended periods of time etc.

Bought a home with a 15yr old leisure bay genius. Kept tripping the gcfi and after unplugging everything else I took a good guess that the heater was bad. Ordered this Heater it took a few days longer to ship than I would have liked but it still was within a week total. Installed in half an hour or so. Seems to work great a month later and no trouble. Way cheaper than other web sites.

I suspected my heater was out and causing a short in system. I disconnect the heater and the system short when away. I found your website, easily located the part and order it. Within a few days, I installed the new heater and my tub was up and running again. Thanks
