Assembly instructions were not clear, could use more drawings.
I’m still waiting for my hot tube to be delivered so haven’t actually tested the lift yet.

I am a contractor and very, very handy, but I have to tell you that the directions are virtually useless. I just put it together which way made sense and it works. So thanks for a nice product with useless directions.

Easy to put together. It slides under the tub and it does not have to be attach to the tub cabinet itself. Works easy just fold over half the cover then pivot up out of the way. 1 person can do this. My wife says it’s super easy. We rent cabins and I have 12 hot tubs. I’ve had other lifts but ALL of them have failed over time. Those were attached to cabinet and when they failed they broke up part of the cabinet where it was attached causing broken cabinet and holes in cabinet. I was looking for a lift that did not do this and this one was it. This one costs a little more than others but you get what you pay for. Very sturdy lift. It supports the whole cover. I will be buying more for my other tubs.

just recieved and installed. using it on a large square cover and although a bit tippy (side to side) seems to work just fine. like that its not screwed to spa.

Color much lighter. Took too long @ 4 weeks. Wondered if order was even received, no customer service on weekends or evenings! Order the 5" skirt!
