Balboa Heater Assembly for the Balboa M7 Control Systems

Description:
  • Stainless Steel 2" X 15" Heater Assembly
  • 4.0 kw Heater Element
  • 2" Split Nuts and Slip Fittings
  • 2 Sensors (Replaces Balboa 32016)
  • Operates on either 110 Volts or 220 Volts
Also Known As:
  • Balboa 58120
  • HydroQuip 26-58104-K
  • Therm Products C2400-0807-TPS
Product Note:
  • If your plumbing is 1-1/2" simply use a 2" to 1-1/2" Reducer Bushing to change the plumbing on the heater from 2" to 1-1/2".
  • Does NOT include pressure switch.

Hot tub warehouse was easy to work with. They sent the right part in a timely manner. I had it installed and so far it is working as it should.

Wire Melted

Started off well heating as it should. Shortly after discovered wire melted. Hot tub still running like normal, but not heating all the way. At the melted wire terminal I have 120v, at the heater itself I have zero volts. Clearly the wire does not have full connection.

The collars that came with the heater tube were easier to install than the originals. Install went smooth without leaks!

We were happy with the product and ease of instatllation. The only complaint is that we paid for expedited shipping and that didn't happen

I gave 4 star because temps have been high so I am not sure how efficient the heater is in colder temps, but seems to be holding heat ok. Will update when temps cool. Got pushed to write a review and have not had the time to see durability and efficiency to offer higher rating for review of product.
