The part worked perfectly, but I waited to review until the part was installed. The box had obviously been returned by another customer and the bubble wrapped seal broken in the box. Happy to have the hot tub working again

I replaced a 13 year old control that I couldn't find any matching part numbers for on any website (It had the private label graphics of a hot tub manufacturer, but the control was obviously made by Balboa). I ordered this one because it was described as the same dimensions and as having an 8-wire telephone-type plug, just like my old one. It plugged into the circuit board just right and worked perfectly. Made me feel like a genius.

Perfect replacement for the old one, just didn't solve my problem. Great return policy and prompt return.

My old one broke after 3 yrs which I rarely used. So I need to get t new replacement and hope this one will last longer.

I bought this panel and it was a little different than the original but it works great and looks better. great value
