Cover Valet Non-Locking Shock CV400

Parts fit perfectly on our 8 year-old Cover Valet 250.

They were perfect.

HotTubWarehouse has been unresponsive for 10 days about my order.

I ordered Cat# CV400 (the upgraded 400N force model) but received the older 350N model.
I ordered QTY 2, but only received a single (1) spring/strut.

I’m trying to call 801-494-5446, but there’s no answer. Your Live Chat says “We’re Away”.

I’ve asked them to please ship QTY 2 of the correct CV400 updated strut, but no one responds by email.

Without a solution from HotTubWarehouse, I will need to seek help through Amex to reverse the charges.

I recently purchased the Cover Valet Non-Locking Shock, CV400 to replace the CV250 that was installed on my spa cover. I wanted a little extra strength to hold up the cover. This shock met my expectations and is very smooth both opening and closing the cover.

Easy to install works great!

I installed it today and hope it continues to work well.

Bought these heavy duty replacement shocks for my waterlogged cover that is quite heavy. The new shocks will probably let me extend the life a bit longer before getting a new cover. They work great and allow it to be operated by one person again. Thank you very much.
