HotTubWarehouse has been unresponsive for 10 days about my order.
I ordered Cat# CV400 (the upgraded 400N force model) but received the older 350N model.
I ordered QTY 2, but only received a single (1) spring/strut.
I’m trying to call 801-494-5446, but there’s no answer. Your Live Chat says “We’re Away”.
I’ve asked them to please ship QTY 2 of the correct CV400 updated strut, but no one responds by email.
Without a solution from HotTubWarehouse, I will need to seek help through Amex to reverse the charges.
