This lift is an option I would recommend for anyone with a Hot Tub. It eliminates struggling with the cover when opening and closing your tub. Easy to install and easy to use.

I had one that lasted about two years and then the side mounting bracket broke, not sure why but it broke, replaced the lift with the same make and with in 6 months it broke again, I had a spare side mount, replaced it and it broke again with in three months.

The lift went on pretty quick, and we sure do like not having to physically lift our cover off the hot tub with our upper body strength.

I needed a new cover lift and was able to shop many great models at Hot Tub Warehouse. I was pleased to find the Covermate I which was also the originally installed lift. Our second lift, from another vendor, failed within a year. It is great to be able to find original equipment, and not have to revert to drilling new holes. The Covermate I is simple, works very well, and lasts. Hot Tub Warehouse Delivered!

On four different occasions over three days at different times I left messages for a call back......NONE.....don't give the option and raise hopes when you know you are not going to call back....not good business or first impressions assuming you even care The cover is ok
