Looked no further than Hot Tub Warehouse for all good things!

My hot tub cover is a little water logged and getting very heavy. Over time it bends one section of my lift and eventually breaks. My hot tub dealer said there was no way to order individual sections and that I would have to replace the whole lift. That is not true. I was able to order the exact part here. Thanks!

My original pivot arms got bent when the old cover soaked up water and got excessively heavy. Suddenly dawned on me that this was the issue. Bought a new cover and ordered these two new pivot arms.
Just like new! VERY easy to replace.

Covermate II Pivot Arm

One of the arms for my under hot tub cover lift broke from the weight of the cover. Instead of replacing the whole arm, this part helped me repair the one I have. I had to drill the whole to make it a little bigger for the mount but it worked as needed.

The replacement part has been redesigned from the original part from 12 yrs ago. It will work. The original part rusted through at the low point bend. I see now that the bend is reinforced. It would make more sense to me if the pivot arm fit inside the pieces it attaches to (instead of outside) thereby prevent moisture from getting inside the pivot arm. I will be sealing around the attachment points. It was also quite the task to get the rusted screws out and also to separate the pivot arm from the two attachment points. Had the original lift used stainless steel screws the job much easier.
