Covermate III Non-Locking Shock

The Covermate shock was received, installed, and functions properly. I would use Hot Tub Warehouse again.

My shock went bad; this Covermate III is an exact replacement, and at a great price, and shipped fast!

The original shock for the Covermate lift never fit on the frame. It seemed one of the holes was too small. After haggling with the manufacturer, my retailer sent a replacement, however, they sent it for the wrong side. At that point i just ordered the proper shock here. It popped right on, and all is good.

I received some replacement shocks for my hot tub cover.

I orders a set of shock struts for my hot tub when the package arrived the shocks were missing. After contacting the company a replacement set was sent and received two days later. Excellent customer service. The shocks fit great and work like a charm.
