First order with your company.....

And I have a broken part. It looks like they tried to over fill the box & put too much pressure on its contents. At this point, I'm not upset but I send an email with several pics & I don't get a response. I waited a couple days & nothing. I figured if I ordered it online, I could get custom service online. So I call the number & spoke with Billy. She was very nice & said she would send another one out to replace it. It's not been ample time as of yet but I'm waiting to see if &I when it comes in because I have another $400 to spend in parts. I'm undetermined if I'll place another order. I'd like to have one company to do business with but at this point I'm not impressed.

I will have our customer service dept contact you on Monday. Sorry for the issue.

BEST DEAL

These filters were half the price of the local dealer AND use a medium that is supposed to release contamination easier. Ditto for their other products. Very prompt shipping.
