The HydroQuip Heater Assembly is made in the USA and designed as a replacement for the Sundance 6500-310 Smart Heater used in Sundance Spas from 2000 to current. Thisis a complete replacement heater which includes the high-limit thermo disc and the necessary wires for connecting to the control board.

  • Smart Heaters built from January 1st to June 12th of 2000 included a pc board with the heater. Since June 12th, 2000 this board has not been included with the Smart Heater and is no longer needed.

Perfect fit, easy install.

This couldn't have fit our Sundance Cameo 880 any better. Took longer to install due to original hose clamps needed to be replaced with actual hose clamps.... I would but this again without hesitation.

Works great and easy install

The heater works as described and the install directions are pretty easy to follow. Plenty of You Tubes to help if you need it. Suggest you have several wine corks to plug hoses if you have water in your system. Also, I took the opportunity to replace plastic tubing with a higher quality plastic.

Works great. But I came with a crack in the housing. (Not where water passes threw).

Product seems great. Works well, fits exactly like original. I gave three stars solely on the fact I paid extra for 2nd day air delivery and it took 6 days for delivery. Ordered it early Wednesday and expected it Friday sometime so I could enjoy the weekend. It showed up late Monday. I would have gone to a different vendor or Amazon if I knew that would have happened.

Works great! One thing to note. The safety sensor was at the bottom not the top. I believe all the newer ones have changed that. I had a long wire so it was no problem.
