Smart Step Jr with Smart Drawer - Black

We've had no negative issues. The step is sturdy and non-slippery. We really needed a single step because our hot tub sits against an 8-inch high deck - this has worked well for us

The step is perfect. Drawer doesnt have any guides, etc so kind of hard to open and close.

I love this item. It filled a need on my small spa and offered storage to boot. Pleasantly surprised to learn there was no assembly needed.

Just what I needed. Great step and very stable.

I was very excited to receive the Smart Step Jr from you until I got out of the tub the first time after it was put in place. One of the four hooks that secure the feet (two on each foot) either was not present when the item was received or came off when I stepped on it (I weigh 200 pounds). As I still have not been able to find the missing piece, I think it must not have been there when the step arrived.

I am 59 years old and disabled. I do not appear to have suffered any injury unless you count being scared half to death. I couldn't reach my telephone, so I just sat for a while until I caught my breath and regained my composure. I was able to get up and as I said seem to have suffered no ill effects from the mishap.

If you will be so kind as to send me a postage paid return mailing label, I will get the step boxed back up. If at all possible, please use the USPS for the return. My disability prevents me from getting out very much, so this would enable me to simply give it to my mailman without leaving the house.

I ordered smart step junior with drawer received wrong item. Still waiting for proper item to get to me!

I have especially like the drawer that keeps all the chemicals handy.

This is the perfect hot tub step. I've been looking for months. Very stable and it looks nice too. The drawer is a nice feature for me to store hot tub maintenance items. Great product!
