Fred Robinson (Denver, US) Well, I thought the new heating element I just ordered and installed was faulty because it quit working in a few hours and the pups would not shut off. The tub is over 20 years old and I have now replaced the heating element several time and can do it quickly. I have also taken the circuit board out and replaced several relays by soldering them in. This time it was a dead pressure switch that was super easy to install and I now have two extra heating elements for future repairs. Thank you for the fast service. W. Fred Robinson
