Shipping was expensive...

Shipping was twice what the part cost, but it arrived on time and solved our problem. I would recommend them, and would order from them in the future.

It works like it's supposed to

The on/off switch in my Jacuzzi failed. Searching for a replacement part led me to the Hot Tub Warehouse and they had the part in stock for a reasonable price. I ordered it, it showed up quickly and was easy to install. And it worked. Definitely a plus all the way around.
