Our spa pump went out during the Christmas holidays, and when I ordered the pump we received an email saying they had it in stock but were doing inventory and it would not be immediately available, so they offered to let us either cancel the order or that they would ship it as soon as the inventory was done. We chose to wait on them, and the pump was delivered 2 days after closed inventory. The plastic piece from the pump body where the wires go out was broken off during shipping, but we don’t think that will affect much. We are happy to have the pump installed and working again, since winter where we live can be extreme, and lugging firewood makes sore muscles. Thanks for the help!

The gaskets were good,however a small unmarked tube with something in it was in the package, unsure of what it was I contacted the seller who could not identify what was in the tube, they could not and stated they would reach out to the manufacturers, that was weeks ago and no word yet. I would suggest labeling any substance so it can be identified and used properly, and identified for safety issues also in case it was ingested by a child or animal. I believe regulations require a msds shafted data sheet to be held by the seller and manufacturers for this reason.
