Right product, very slow shipping

The product was just what I needed but it took over a week to get it from Ogden, UT to just north of Denver. Unacceptable for a repair part and hard to understand in this day of next day or two day free shipping. Hot Tub Warehouse needs to work on their fulfillment.

This item did not ship from Ogden, UT so it took a little longer to arrive with standard shipping option selected. Thanks for the business.
