Worked well.

Worked well and was easy to install.

Fairly easy install

I purchased a replacement 2" Flapper Bypass Valve after finding a piece of the older flapper in my heater. It likely led to my heater sensor breaking. I did need to sand both of the tabs and hinge so that the valve would fit back into the slot. All is working well.

Exactly what we needed. Was easy to install when we read how to do it. Didn’t even have to drain the water. This was also the only place who had the part we needed.

Just what we needed

Fast service, they had the part and we received it in a few day.

Perfect

Service from HT Warehouse was perfect and timely. Part was exact, difficult to install but once in it’s perfect.

Exact replacement, design flaw still remains.

This part needed replacement in my hot tub. Like many others, I found the flapper had separated from the main body and upon inspection, found it up against the suction of the pump (THANK GOODNESS!!) intact and had not gotten into the pump impeller. However, the reason it had dislodged itself was because the retaining bar is able to slide to one side and allow the flapper to hang open and eventually break the tab that holds it. This then allows the flapper to break free. This bar should be secured with a c-clip to keep it from shifting.

Despite the one cent design flaw that could potentially cost hundreds of dollars in pump repairs, this flapper valve was a direct replacement for my waterway filter housing that was in my Strong G-2 hot tub. Getting it out was a little difficult, but a long flat-head screw driver and a little coercion with a hammer got it to turn about 30* or so. Once I was able to push out the empty body, inserting the new valve was no harder than lining up the tabs and using the same screwdriver to rotate the new valve back into place. Ten minute job tops. One note, there are 3 or 4 part numbers that are describe the exact same part. Hot Tub Warehouse was the absolute cheapest place to get this part including shipping and I received it in just a few days. I would buy parts from this vendor again.

Exact replacement for the valve that was in my spa. Quick on time shipment.

With some needle nose pliers and a little patience I was able to swap out the valve. I do wish the valve was better made as I expect this new valve will fail in a similar manner as the old.(The pin will slide and pop out of position causing the valve to stick open in less than 1 year use) This is more of a reflection of the part and not the Hot Tub Warehouse.

Perfect Fit CAN change it

JimH YOU don't have to gut out the whole filter section to replace this part...carefully using a whole hack saw blade and a short piece of broken hack saw blade held firm with needle nose vicegrips the old piece can be removed.
Removed via two parallel cuts then remove the section betwèen the cuts. Old part can then be pried out of the slotted section...takes a bit of careful work...doable
