You will need an additional coupling

We got this to cover our main drain suction so that little hands would not be pulled into it. The suction item comes with an additional PVC attachment that reduces the inlet to 2 inches. However, this does not fit our main drain. I needed to find a rubber coupling (plummer fitting) to go around their adapter and my wall adapter…both of which were two inches wide and did not fit into one another. The rubber coupling that secured the joining ends was the only way it would fit.
