PJ Toby Cover has been on two weeks now and so far, so good. It has a 5-yr warranty and is a replacement for the one we ordered and have had in use for a little over six years. Since they’re both from the same place, looking forward to at least the same service life.
The Spa is outside and is exposed to all the weather received here in the midwest USA - rain, sun, sleet, hail, snow, ice, wind, below zero F temps and above 100 F temps. We haven’t put an additional tarp over it, but do sweep the snow off.
We Measured carefully and completed the order info carefully too and the cover(s) fit well. Be sure and have straps where you want them, the same with handles, and if you have a cover lift, make sure you include the metal lift plates too (otherwise you’ll end up with merely a styrofoam core, and screws don’t hold ....)
Order date to receipt date was 8 weeks. Because this is such a large item, it ships via a freight carrier. What ever the circumstances, it took nearly 3 weeks for shipping and after seeing it sitting in a local warehouse (via the carriers web portal) I ended up calling them directly. Wasn’t supposed to need to call them, but who knows how much longer it may have set there. It arrived with the shipping cardboard box pretty much destroyed, but after removing the interior plastic wrap from the cover all appears okay.
