My original Gecko lasted 6 years and I was directed by the spa manufacturer to check out Hot Tub Warehouse. Their prices were excellent and the unit was well packaged, and arrived in under a week. I downloaded the installation info and only one connection was needed. It paired automatically with the In.Touch phone App. One of the easiest projects on my hot tub. Thanks

The heating unit on our 25 year old Hot Springs Sovereign Spa developed a leak so we replaced it with this unit, which was a precise duplicate and installed easily. Sensor connectors and hoses matched perfectly. Very happy with the build quality.
The proper heater assembly showed up as promised. And we are back in action. Didn’t need the extra gaskets as the assembly came with new pvc fittings and gaskets.
Shipment came on time with no problems. Installed and works great without issues. Thanks for a great product.
