I would give it 5 star but this is the second one i got from hot tub warehouse. 1st one only lasted 1 year.

Great service, even received the part earlier than expected.
The inlet and outlet size was too small I had to compensate to get the hoses to fit on the pump but the pump otherwise works well
I recently was given a used hot tub. Not sure of the year. After heater stopped working I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find a 115v replacement heater but to my surprise I found one! The replacement heater fits perfectly ( clear install instructions) shipping was quick. I will definitely order here again.
Pump works great. Quick shipping too. Part fit perfect and has performed great.

Bought two pumps, both seem to be working well.
Initial pump was damaged in shipping, but I was able to return it for replacement.

Pump was delivered within 4 days. I installed the pump and it is running with no problems. Very quiet pump. I will use this company again in the future for anything they stock that I need. I found the product I needed and ordering from thier web site was simple and quick.
The entire process went very smoothly. Ordering, payment, delivery and installation all occurred flawlessly. I have a rather old Cal Spa Hot tub. Parts are hard to find. I would use Hot Tub Warehouse without question.

It was the only place I could find this motor/pump combo. Had to turn the pump 180 to the motor, but it works great!!! The local spa company couldn't find the replacement.

I have been using them for 7 years. Easy to maintain with minimum chlorine. Makes hot tub maintenance easy.

Hot Tub Warehouse is GREAT if you know exactly what you need. I called, ordered, it was delivered, and lucky for me, I did order the right part. I very much wanted to discuss my issue with a customer service rep prior to ordering, but they do not offer ANY customer service - it’s strictly cash and carry. I was disappointed in that aspect. Everything else was great.
