Great price on a great product. I’ve used this pump for 6 years, finally had to replace it. Easy order, shipping was fast and just what I expected.
Prices continue to raise for no reason. The demrats are destroying!
Hot tub warehouse was easy to work with. They sent the right part in a timely manner. I had it installed and so far it is working as it should.
This heater was easy to replace and came with the seals needed . The tub is hot again. The original heater had developed a case of breaker tripping. A simple wire disconnect in the control box isolated the heater as the problem.
I hesitate buying from online companies that I have not purchased from before. The heater was as pictured and the shipment came as I suspected.

Almost as fast as the “other” delivery service company. Don’t see this very often with some companies that promise turn around delivery, but doesn’t arrive for weeks. Not here, had much needed part in only days

These heaters are not built to last past the warranty period. Gecko support is awful. Buy something else.
It hasn’t been installed yet so I do not know what the result will be.
Was the correct part and did receive it not in the 2 days pay the 10 dollars for quicker delivery but didn’t happen

I looked at several web sites featuring similar pumps. I chose Hot Tub Warehouse because they had good customer ratings and their price was on the low end of the range for the pump. The pump was exactly as advertised and is working great and is very quiet. I’m happy with my choice.
Started off well heating as it should. Shortly after discovered wire melted. Hot tub still running like normal, but not heating all the way. At the melted wire terminal I have 120v, at the heater itself I have zero volts. Clearly the wire does not have full connection.
Easy to install but I needed to get some new special hot tub tubing as the new pump is smaller than the original thus I needed a tube that is 1 inch longer. We are so happy to have the spa up and running again!

Received a cracked wet end with my new gecko pump. Contacted Hot Tub Warehouse and they quickly shipped out a replacement.
