Hot Tub Warehouse Reviews - Judge Me
Was the correct part and did receive it not in the 2 days pay the 10 dollars for quicker delivery but didn’t happen
Thank you once again for a complete and timely order at reasonable prices.
I looked at several web sites featuring similar pumps. I chose Hot Tub Warehouse because they had good customer ratings and their price was on the low end of the range for the pump. The pump was exactly as advertised and is working great and is very quiet. I’m happy with my choice.
Started off well heating as it should. Shortly after discovered wire melted. Hot tub still running like normal, but not heating all the way. At the melted wire terminal I have 120v, at the heater itself I have zero volts. Clearly the wire does not have full connection.
Easy to install but I needed to get some new special hot tub tubing as the new pump is smaller than the original thus I needed a tube that is 1 inch longer. We are so happy to have the spa up and running again!
My online order went smoothly. Received everything in a timely manner.
Received a cracked wet end with my new gecko pump. Contacted Hot Tub Warehouse and they quickly shipped out a replacement.
Pump is a good replacement for our older discontinued Aqua-Flo XP 48 frame pump, albeit slightly larger. Was able to connect easily using the existing wiring. However, it did arrive damaged with a partially crushed capacitor housing on one end. Fortunately the capacitor was not damaged.
This is the best pump, all pool supply companies give it a ten. This is probably the best thing to use on my ten thousand dollar above ground pool. For all buyers the website is on the paperwork in pump box and it contains the warranty information, you will need to print it out as they use the same warranty site for many other products.
The gaskets were good, however a small unmarked tube with something in it was in the package, unsure of what it was I contacted the seller who could not identify what was in the tube, they could not and stated they would reach out to the manufacturers, that was weeks ago and no word yet. I would suggest labeling any substance so it can be identified and used properly, and identified for safety issues also in case it was ingested by a child or animal. I believe regulations require a msds shafted data sheet to be held by the seller and manufacturers for this reason.
The collars that came with the heater tube were easier to install than the originals. Install went smooth without leaks!
So I did. It swapped straight in to replace my old unit. Grok said the Del unit should last 5 years vs 2-3 yrs for the unit I replaced which gave me 2 yrs with very little actual run time. That rain shower scent is back ! See you again in 5 years.
