My unit got lost in the mail. I contacted customer support. They investigated and sent me a replacement unit after finding put the original was lost.
Unit came perfectly packed and worked as expected. Installation was very easy / plug and play.

appears very well built just installed but have not filled tub and tested yet. onlr problem was it was sent ups signature required. was not told that signature was required only that it would be delivered 10/9/26 between 1:15 and 4:15 pm which would have worked but was delivered at 10 am and no one home so no signature was shipped around foe 4 days until a staples ups access point
Corrected the problem of heating the tub, but now I have heater imbalance issues. The heater cuts of before reaching the set temperature and gives me a flashing "Sn" on the panel and doesn't restart until the temp button is pressed, but by the time I notice the tub cools down.
The part was slightly undersized to fit groove. Had to stretch it to make it work.

My water was clear after filling it. I use a special filter when filling. After putting the 4 oz. in the next morning my water was green. I thought this stuff was going to keep my water clear not turn it green.
