My water was clear after filling it. I use a special filter when filling. After putting the 4 oz. in the next morning my water was green. I thought this stuff was going to keep my water clear not turn it green.
Heater came timely, was easy to install and worked!!!

Job went well. The nuts supplied were thinner, made it a little tougher to get wrench on them to tighten up. But no leaks and is working well!

Had a previous brand of replacement heater the gave DR faults. This one plugged and played perfectly and hot tub is up and running again! Would recommend

Pump arrived with cut in the cord all the way through the white wire at the pump strain relief.
Charged me more for the exact same oart they have for less on their site. That claim onenis oem. I have both in my hands and they are both oem.
Very easy to find spa pump for our hot tub and Place order. Waterway executive 48frame 4.5hp 2". Excellent shipping and packed very well. We were so happy it even arrived earlier than expected which was extremely helpful to us. I highly recommend hottub warehouse and will use them again in future and refer them to others as well. We're very thankful for them. It was the exact pump needed as described and runs great!

Chose this to replace my 56 frame existing pump, because it actually has more power, and even less max and min amp /energy consumption. It was a direct replacement at the bolts, and the wet end came configured to match my application. All hoses instelled effortlessly. Wiring was so easy. Shipping was much faster than expected, i did standard shippjng but it got here in like 3 days wow. Came with the unions and o-seals. No need to order extras like i did. 5/5 this pump is so quiet!
The heater was good but it came broken that's why the crew helped me to return the item but I will order it again
The power cord did not reach the mother board. I was able to replace this with the cord off of my broken pump. There should be a pump with a longer power cord available to purchase when needed. Otherwise the pump works fine.
